Avantika Srivastava, Member, Board of Trustees (She/Her)
Avantika, since the last 5 years is engaged in entrepreneurship ventures with vulnerable communities like substance abuse victims, urban slums dwellers, women in various geographies of India.
Supporting early childhood interventions for the overall growth of child and economically poor families in aspirational districts of India, she is further invested to build community leaders, inclusive & resilient communities engaging with the policies governing India.
She believes each individual deserves the right to access of opportunity for a meaningful life.
JM John Marshal, Member, Board of Trustees (He/Him)
JM John Marshal is from Martandam, Tamil Nadu. John was the second Executive Director of Srishti Madurai. He was actively involved in the activities at Srishti Madurai for more than seven years.
He holds qualifications from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University and American College, Madurai. He specializes in linguistics, inter-religious studies and mathematics. John is one of the few instructors who has been specially allowed by Dr. Bracha Ettinger to teach matrixial theory. At Srishti Madurai, he taught psychoanalysis for more than three years.
